Did another change today, and also swapped the top white wool filter. As it was about 10 days since the last change it was a bit filthy!
Lately algae seems to be a bit worse again, so we’ve been thinking about getting another snail or two. Went to look at the local fish shop a few days ago and they didn’t have any tho. Anyhow, browsing ebay as i do i stumbled upon some there which got me pondering. Your internet snail dealer is at: www.snailshop.co.uk, it makes sense really! We’re looking at these, there are loads of different colours as well which i’d never realised before, and also some which come with a seal of approval saying they love to munch on algae.
